The rental process is quick and painless. You will need to fill out this form and get it back to us. We’ll do a credit check through TransUnion My Smart Move. This is a safe and secure way, and we will never see your sensitive information like your social security number.

In order for us to hold the property for you until the agreed upon move-in date, we must receive earnest money in the amount of the security deposit in full from you. If, after receipt of the earnest money, you decide to not rent the property after all, you may lose part or all of the earnest money, depending on our ability to find another renter. If the above mentioned credit check comes back negative, and we cannot rent the property to you, we will refund you the earnest money in full. Once the rent commences, the earnest money will become your security deposit, which is refundable as described in the terms of the lease contract. You can pay the earnest money by check, or pay online by credit card or paypal.
